Then, each time after completing your purchases, you fill in all the details of your order request that appear on the order form. All the information sent to our company falls under the strict policy of protecting your personal data that our company adheres to and is collected and processed with complete security and diligence and only after your express consent provided by sending the above form. In any case, every time you send an order request to our company, you must first have accepted these terms of use, which govern all transactions between us

b) ORDER REQUEST PROCESSING – Once your order request has been sent, you will immediately receive a message to the email address you have provided us, that your request is being processed by our company. During the processing of your request, the availability of all the products included in your order request is checked.

i) In the event that there is availability of all the products included in your request within the delivery time indicated in our online store, then a message will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us that will confirm the your order and will include all its details. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

ii) In the event that any of the items you placed in the order are not available and/or that a product will be available after the delivery time indicated in our online store, then our Company will contact you either by message to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us either by direct telephone contact with you through its representative (or in all the above ways) in order to consult with you about any modification, correction or cancellation of your order .If it is not possible to contact you for a period of 10 days after sending your order request, your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us again. In any case, any new order of yours (modified or not) will be sent to you again with a new e-mail message and/or to the mobile phone number that you have indicated to us, and this message will also constitute the confirmation of your order on the basis of which you will execute your order. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

c) Our Company may contact you via e-mail and/or message on the mobile phone which you have declared to us during your registration throughout the entire period until the delivery of your order to you for any issue concerning receiving, processing, fulfilling and/or transporting your order and/or paying for and/or returning the products or for anything else. The parties agree that said communication (via e-mail and/or message to the mobile phone you have registered with us - sms)also covers the legal requirements for your written information, notification, confirmation of your order, where and when the law requires it. 4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

a) CASH ON DELIVERY - If you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method, then you must pay the corresponding price (and any agreed costs, e.g. transport) upon receipt of the product from the carrier of our choice.

b) WIRE TRANSFER - If you have chosen a bank account deposit as the payment method, then you must prepay your order (and any agreed costs, e.g. transport) in order to start the process of processing your order request and freezing of the products included in it by us, to one of our company accounts shown on the order form and in the e-mail you will receive as soon as your order is processed, citing your order code as the reason.

You should then send us a copy of the specific deposit via e-mail to eshop@dolian.gr. After receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, the order processing and confirmation process is followed and the relevant e-mails and/or messages are sent to the mobile phone you have registered with us. If you do not receive a copy within 7 calendar days or if you do not receive a valid copy of the deposit of the entire amount, your order will be canceled free of charge and the sales contract will be considered as never concluded.You will be sent a relevant message of cancellation of your order request to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have registered with us. In the event of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipment of the product(s), a procedure will be followed for an interest-free refund of your money, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned methods of communication (article 3 c above) in order to give us the bank account number to which you wish to make the deposit.

c) BY CREDIT CARD - Dolian.gr accepts Visa, Mastercard credit cards. As long as you have chosen the credit card as a method of payment, the process will be carried out and completed through our trusted partner - a banking institution that provides all the security guarantees of electronic transactions. i) Before confirming your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized with a commitment of the total amount (price and any agreed costs, e.g. transport) in order to make the corresponding commitment of the product(s) that you will receive we ship. For some credit cards that are not technically possible to pre-authorize at this stage, the final charge of the total amount will be made. In the event that at the stage of confirming your order there is a problem with your pre-approval then the Company will contact you in one of the ways mentioned in article 3c above in order to consult with you on this matter.If none of the provided means of communication with you becomes possible for any reason for a period of 10 days after sending your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send a request to us again. In case of successful pre-approval, the final charge to your card is made when the products are sent to you.

ii) In the event that at any point, even after the product you have ordered has been sent to you, even though the above pre-approval has been received, any by mistake and/or due to a technical or other problem and/or for any other reason and cause your card has not been charged with the corresponding price and costs, our Company has the right to proceed with the final charge of the amount and costs corresponding to your completed order at any later stage, at any point in time. If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and ID. 5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / SHIPPING COSTS

b) In any case, your order will be sent to you by our company or by a partner carrier of its choice during business hours and days (Monday - Friday, 08:30-13:00). Due to our partner courier company's basic delivery schedule, deliveries are as follows:

- within Attica within 48 hours from the dispatch of the products to the carrier

- in the capitals of prefectures within 48 hours of sending the products to the carrier (except islands)

- in the other areas within 72 hours from the shipment of the products to the carrier excluding remote areas which can be delivered in 96 hours

Our company and its partners take all the necessary measures for the valid delivery to you of the products you have ordered based on the above schedule. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively, it is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to customs delays, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company's warehouses from our suppliers, etc. In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you on the details provided you have granted in order to inform you about this and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although we have taken every possible care to inform you in relation to the possible lack of availability of a product, nevertheless there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected lack or unavailability of the product from our suppliers (and after the confirmation of your order).

In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you based on the communication methods mentioned above in 3c in order to inform you about this and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order free of charge for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable period of time.

c) Subject to any special charges that will be expressly provided for a product that has been posted on our website and in any case in your order confirmation, in general the shipping cost is as follows:

- for orders with a total value of up to €50 including VAT and under 3 kg, the shipping cost via courier is €3.30 including VAT + €2.20 for cash on delivery throughout Greece

- for orders with a total value of up to €50 including VAT and under 3 kg, the shipping cost via BOX NOW is €2.30 including VAT + €1 for cash on delivery throughout Greece

- for orders with a total value of more than €50 including VAT and less than 3 kg, shipping is FREE throughout Greece

- for orders weighing 3 kg or more, the charge varies based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination

6. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

a) The procedure for returning the products you have ordered from our website is simple and is carried out entirely or electronically by email at eshop@dolian.gr or by phone at 27550-32081

7. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1) WITHDRAWAL

For all our product categories you have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days without giving any reason from the day you received it, at no cost whatsoever. Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days are: The product has not been used, no label or markings (e.g. stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the clothing products have been removed , footwear and accessories,.

a) Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packed in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you. Also in very rare cases you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

b) If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us at e-mail eshop@dolian.gr and/or by phone at the contact number 27550 32081, telling us if you wish to have it sent to you new to replace or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In case you wish to be sent a new product for replacement, you can follow the return procedure, as described in Article 6a.

c) In the event that the product you received is demonstrably defective due to its manufacture, then you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit for one financial year, or an interest-free return of the of money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than within 30 days of receipt (the return is made free of charge from the 1st to the 14th day and at your own expense from the 15th to the 30th day).
